1. Serviceability & Coverage
We currently ship to all locations across India.
* Remote Locations: Since our products are essential for farmers and livestock owners in rural areas, we utilize multiple courier partners (including India Post where necessary) to ensure delivery to remote villages.
2. Order Processing Time
* Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
* Working Days: Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Public Holidays.
* Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during seasonal outbreaks), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location relative to our warehouse in Bhadravathi, Karnataka:

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the products (e.g., heavy 5L cans vs. small 100ml bottles) and your pin code.
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours

6. Damages, Leakages & Wrong Items
Given that many of our products (oils, liniments, and herbal pastes) are semi-liquid, we take extra care in packaging. However, if an issue arises:
* Reporting Window: You must report any damage, leakage, or wrong product delivery within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the package.
* Proof Required: Please email photos or a video of the damaged/leaking product to dhenukriya@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8088276727.
* Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a replacement free of charge

7. Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your Pin Code and Phone Number are accurate to avoid return-to-origin (RTO) charges.
